EECBG & SEP Northwest Regional Peer Exchange Meeting.
At this meeting we look forward to providing you with:
- Discussions on EECBG & SEP best practices, featuring your peers;
- A forum to begin thinking and planning for the period beyond ARRA, by creating self-sustaining programs and filling funding gaps;
- Access to DOE and technical subject matter experts; and
- Networking opportunities with your fellow grantees.
You can:
- Share your experiences with other EECBG & SEP grantees implementing similar projects – What has worked well? What have the challenges been? How did you overcome them?
- Make lasting connections with other energy practitioners in your region, to continue to share your knowledge and collaborate on future projects and programs.
- Return to your office with renewed energy and insight.
All EECBG and SEP grantees and sub-recipients in AK, GU, ID, HI, MT, ND, NE, NMI, OR, SD, WA and WY, as well as their project partners are invited.

Using DOE Grant Funds to Cover Meeting Travel Costs Grantees may utilize EECBG grant funds for travel without requiring a modification, so long as they have not reached the 10% ceiling on administration funds, even if travel was not budgeted for in previous budgets. Please contact your project officer with any questions. If you don't already have travel costs budgeted for; you will need to notify your DOE Project Officer where you are moving the funds from to account for travel spent under the award.
Directions:
From MAX line (The Red line is available from PDX Airport): Take the Red or Blue line to Old Town/China Town MAX Station, walk one block west to 2nd Ave. Or take the Green or Yellow line to NW 5th & Couch St MAX Station, walk 3 blocks east on Couch St. and 1.5 blocks north on 2nd Ave.
From AMTRACK Station: Walk west two blocks on NW Couch St, and north 1.5 blocks on NW 2nd Ave.
Driving: Parking is available for $7/day at Smart Park, located at 33 Northwest Davis Street, Portland, OR 97209-4040, (503) 823-2898, portlandonline.com. From I-405 (from either direction), take exit 2B for Everett St. Drive east on Everett St. towards the river. Make a right on NW Naito Parkway, and then an immediate right onto NW Davis Street for the Parking lot entrance. I-405 is accessible off I-5.
